Wait a minute, a few breads ago I was reading that there was a Detective Osborne that was in charge of Special Victims and was in charge of the Weiner laptop crimes. I thought it was a man, and maybe spelled differently.
It was in a story about back when the NYPD first was giving copies to the FBI in 2016. Maybe it's in notables. I will look.
Maybe it was her dad, husband or brother.
