Almost twenty years ago I took a tax course at H&R Block to be a tax preparer. The teacher was really good, I can't begin to get across how she knew her shit. In one of her classes she said that if people didn't like certain parts of the tax code, they should complain, that if enough people make noise, it will change. That was then and now we're in the swamp, but, when you think of it, we have been slowly desensitized to making noise.
