In a shocking twist, not a single citizen supported Griswold’s proposed rule changes. Griswold and her committee were universally criticized for four hours straight by Colorado voters from all political leanings. The hearing was originally scheduled to be two hours of testimony but had to be extended on-the-day due to the number of citizens signed-up to testify.

Powerful citizen testimony mentioned dozens of Colorado counties had over 100% voter turnout on Nov. 3rd, issues with election power being centralized at the state level, and the unconstitutional nature of rule changes that bar third-party audits of Colorado elections past and future. Citizens rallied around the repeated question to Griswold, “What are you hiding”.

French Constitutional Court rules health pass, mandatory vaccination of health workers constitutional amid nationwide protests

France’s Constitutional Court has ruled that the new law that makes the coronavirus ‘health pass’ mandatory for the general public, and vaccination compulsory for healthcare professionals, to be in line with the constitution.

France’s top court ruled on Thursday that the new legislation, which tightens the coronavirus restrictions, is largely compliant with the nation’s fundamental law. In particular, the court upheld the provisions that require people to hold a valid ‘health pass’ to access restaurants and bars, and for healthcare workers to be vaccinated against the virus by mid-September.

At the same time, the court considered it to be unconstitutional to fire a healthcare worker on a short-term contract who refuses mandatory Covid vaccination. It also rejected a provision allowing mandatory quarantine with checks for anyone who tests positive for the virus.

Lawyer: Capitol Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt ‘Ambushed’ Her on Jan. 6 Without Warning

Kicking off the first hearing of the House Select Committee investigating the U.S. Capitol riot, Chairman Bennie Thompson, a Mississippi Democrat, promised to fully investigate “the facts of what happened on Jan. 6,” calling it “a scene of violence in the citadel of democracy.”

But over the next 3½ hours, he and other Democrats, along with their handpicked Republican panelists and police witnesses, never mentioned the most lethal act committed that day — the fatal Capitol Police shooting of unarmed protester Ashli Babbitt. It was the only shot fired during the entire riot.

This omission angered Babbitt’s family and a number of Republicans who maintain that the Select Committee and the Capitol Police are covering up the circumstances surrounding her death. Questions linger over the shooting, especially whether the officer who fired the fatal shot warned Babbitt to stop before he opened fire as she attempted to breach a barricaded door inside the Capitol Building.

The officer’s lawyer insists his client not only issued such a command, but did so loudly and clearly. However, in an interview with RealClearInvestigations, Babbitt family attorney Terry Roberts said he has gathered evidence indicating the officer, a plainclothes police lieutenant, remained silent. Far from warning Babbitt he would shoot, Roberts said the officer “ambushed” her from the side where she could not see he had taken up position in a hall doorway and had trained his weapon on her.

“It’s not debatable,” said Roberts. “There was no warning.”

A Maryland personal-injury lawyer who specializes in police misconduct cases, Roberts has won several million dollars for victims of police brutality. He said he is preparing to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against the Capitol Police and the officer, seeking more than $10 million in damages.

Babbitt, 35, was fatally wounded as she attempted to climb through the broken window above a door leading to the House chamber, where lawmakers were being evacuated. Standing to the side of a pile of furniture blocking the doors and out of Babbitt’s view, the officer took aim with his Glock service pistol, striking her in the left shoulder. Babbitt fell back from the doorway to the floor. She was transported to Washington Hospital Center, where she died from injuries sustained from the .40-caliber bullet wound.

Richard Trumka, AFL-CIO labor organization boss has died unexpectedly.

Sources told Politico Trumka, 72, died of a heart attack.

Trumka was a very close ally to the Biden White House.

Trumka died of what was believed to be a heart attack, a source familiar with the matter said. It was unclear when exactly it occurred though believed to have taken place either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.

Staff at the AFL-CIO were informed of the death on Thursday morning.

Moderna Calls for 3rd Shot of Vaccine to Protect Against New Strains

Moderna announced this week that due to the new strains of the coronavirus they are recommending a third shot before winter.

Moderna said Thursday that people will likely need a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose to protect against future mutations of the coronavirus, touting the “robust” antibody response generated by the additional shot.

Vaccine developers at Moderna “are looking forward towards our vision of a single dose annual booster that provides protection against COVID-19, flu and [respiratory syncytial virus] for adults. … We believe this is just the beginning,” CEO Stephane Bancel said.

The company has conducted studies to determine the benefits of administering a third “booster” shot of its two-dose vaccine to protect against the highly contagious delta variant that accounts for a majority of COVID-19 cases, as well as any future strains of the virus that develop.

Moderna’s Phase 2 trial of a 50-microgram booster dose generated a strong immune response against the delta, gamma, and beta variants — all of which seem to spread more easily and quickly than other variants, which could lead to more COVID-19 outbreaks. The third dose produced an antibody response nearly as strong as the response generated in previously unvaccinated people who received the first two doses of the vaccine.

Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward SLAMS Corrupt Election Officials for “Violating” State Law; Says America’s Audit is “Holding Them Accountable”

On Wednesday, Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward wrote a scathing commentary that hammered corrupt election officials who are “working against the will of the people” to obstruct the historic full forensic audit taking place in the state.

Ward even posits a new name for the sellouts, like corrupt AZ Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, calling them “Electocrats.”

The must-read piece, which was posted to the AZGOP website, explains how the power-hungry bureaucracy has turned one of our most sacred rights, free and fair elections, into what she calls the “election industry.”

“Recently, a clear pattern has emerged. When bureaucracies have their actions examined, they first declare themselves to be the experts. They then are deeply offended that anyone would question their authority. Then they proceed to marginalize anyone who continues to challenge them. The corporate media and Big Tech aids them in a smear and indignation campaign.

Now we are finding the same pattern when it comes to election integrity and the Establishment that surrounds our elections industry. And it is just that, an industry.”

Like most Americans who are concerned with election fraud, Ward feels that it’s “common sense” to go back and thoroughly review what happened in the election. This unfortunately was not the case. Once a forensic audit was mentioned, the authoritarians went into “overdrive” to stop it from happening.

“The full forensic audit of the Maricopa County 2020 General Election, commissioned by the Arizona State Senate, has had a bullseye painted on its back by the Electocrats from the start.”

The GOP Chairwoman also points out how the Arizona audit has already found thousands of fraudulent ballots that did not have the required serial number on them – a clear violation of Arizona State Statutes (A.R.S. section 16-621), and even the Arizona Elections Procedures Manual (p.202).

These ballots alone are nearly enough to completely wipe out the less than 10,500 votes Biden allegedly won Arizona by.

She acknowledges that the 2020 election was “unique” due to the circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and the mass mail-in ballots that were a result of the forced lockdowns, but says that doesn’t excuse or explain the county officials constant refusal to cooperate and the multiple serious violations of state laws they committed.

Ward specifically calls out Secretary of State Katie Hobbs for the debauchery, saying that despite her being one of the most vocal critics of the current election integrity efforts, she is “wholly unconcerned” by repeated violations of election law and is actively “working against the will of the people.”

This commentary by the leader of the AZGOP is a great sign for the upcoming audit results. It signals that the party has confidence there will be substantial findings later this month when the final report is released, which ward alluded to in closing.

“Elections are too important to leave up to the Electocrats, and America’s Audit is holding them accountable.”

It’s way past time to hold them accountable.

Coinbase CEO Warns Of "Sweeping Surveillance Of Crypto Holders" In Infrastructure Bill

We warned over the weekend that 'things just got ugly for crypto in Washington, D.C.' as the government aimed to partially cover the cost of its massive infrastructure bill by taxing crypto companies… and the entire industry will feel it.

"This is not a drill," writes Jake Chervinsky, an influential crypto lawyer and a sober voices in a hype-prone industry. In a must-read Twitter thread, Chervinsky explains how the $550 billion bill - which is primarily about roads and bridges - could shiv American crypto companies.

The pain comes in the part of the bill that explains how the U.S. will help pay for those roads and bridge. Namely, the bill states that Uncle Sam plans to cover $28 billion of the costs by squeezing crypto brokers.

The trouble is that the bill defines "broker" - a term normally used to describe the likes of Coinbase and Robinhood - as basically any business that touches crypto.

The uproar in the crypto industry (and likely their freshly minted lobbyists) sparked a bipartisan amendment which would de-fang the cryptocurrency provision.

Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), and Pat Toomey (R-PA) have introduced an amendment that would exempt Bitcoin miners and validators on other blockchain networks from a provision aimed at raising $28 billion in tax revenue to help pay for the bill.

Singapore court orders British expat caught without a mask to undergo psychiatric evaluation after courtroom outburst

A British national accused of not wearing a mask and being a public nuisance has been sent to a mental hospital by a Singapore court, after dismissing the charges against him as absurd and refusing to enter a plea.

Benjamin Glynn was allegedly seen not wearing a mask while riding on a train in May. He then used threatening language towards the police who tracked him down for his crime, according to Singapore authorities.

Singapore has some of the strictest laws when it comes to Covid rule breaches. Violators can face exorbitant fines, as well as up to six months behind bars.

In his court appearance on Thursday, the British expat denounced the proceedings against him as “preposterous” and “disgusting,” and said he would not confess to or deny the charges, describing them as “nonsense.”

Glynn also claimed that he had been subjected to false imprisonment and torture, and that his passport had been confiscated.

The trial was further complicated by the fact that Glynn’s defense attorney, Abdul Rashid, was not a certified solicitor. He admitted as much, explaining that he was an “ambassador at large and advocate of Kingdom Filipina Hacienda,” and that he had appeared before the court to defend his “sovereign compatriot.”

The prosecution pointed to a letter, purportedly from the accused’s family and friends, which noted Glynn’s “marked change of behavior” after coronavirus restrictions were put in place. It was recommended that the British national be assessed to ensure that he is capable of defending himself – a suggestion that the court agreed with.

Judge Eddy Tham ordered that Glynn be brought to Singapore’s Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric evaluation.

Facebook took $9.5 million in ‘Big Oil’ ad money and let ‘fossil-fuel propaganda’ be spread on platform, climate change group says

Facebook has been accused by a climate watchdog of spreading “fossil-fuel propaganda” after the oil and gas industry put out thousands of ads on its platforms last year – at key political moments like the US presidential election.

In its new report, titled ‘Climate Change and Digital Advertising’, UK-based think tank InfluenceMap found that 25 ‘Big Oil’ organizations had spent at least $9.5 million to release over 25,000 ads on Facebook’s US platforms. These ads were apparently viewed over 431 million times.

The group identified ExxonMobil and influential industry trade group American Petroleum Institute (API) as the biggest spenders, accounting for over 60% of the advertisements.

According to the report, Exxon alone spent $5 million to portray oil as an affordable and reliable energy source to reduce US dependence on other countries.

Meanwhile, the API led all industry-funded lobby groups in ad spending, shelling out $3 million last year to present fossil-fuel companies as being climate-friendly. The report picked out 6,782 energy industry ads on Facebook promoting claims that natural gas was a “clean, green climate solution.”

The group noted that the actual amount spent on ad space may be “significantly higher” and impossible to determine since Facebook is “not consistently applying its own advertising policies for climate change ads.”

While it apparently rejected or removed some ads that made false claims or failed to include a disclaimer, the report stated that many more had gone through unchallenged.

According to the report, one of the tactics in ‘Big Oil’s’ “sophisticated playbook to undermine climate action” is the strategic use of social media to “[deploy] its ads at key political moments.”

For instance, it points to a sustained spike in spending on Facebook ads immediately after then-presidential nominee Joe Biden announced his $2 trillion climate plan on July 14, 2020.

From the day after Biden’s announcement, there was a sustained ad spending campaign that “dropped off completely” on election day, November 3, nearly four months later. The remainder of the year saw only “minor spending again,” which the report uses to illustrate the industry’s “politically motivated purpose.”

“Despite Facebook’s public support for climate action, it continues to allow its platform to be used to spread fossil fuel propaganda,” Facebook’s former sustainability director Bill Wiehl said in a statement that accompanied the report.

“Not only is Facebook inadequately enforcing its existing advertising policies, it’s clear that these policies are not keeping pace with the critical need for urgent climate action,” Wiehl added.

Noting that the industry had moved on from “outright climate denial statements,” the report noted more “subtle and nuanced messaging tactics” like linking oil and gas use to “maintaining a high quality of life” and “publicizing [the industry’s] voluntary actions” on climate change to show it is “part of the solution.”

LGBTQ Activist Accused Of Soliciting Sex From 14-Year-Old Claims To Work For Pelosi, Hillary, Major Democrats

A man identified as Democrat and LGBT activist Clint Alan Goss was accused of soliciting sex from a 14-year-old boy online.

A man seemingly identified as LGBT activist Clint Alan Goss was captured on video during a child predator sting operation by a YouTuber named Ghost Change who streamed the interaction. Goss claimed in the video and allegedly in explicit text messages to work for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other high profile Democrats, and appears to have been photographed alongside prominent Democrats including Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee and Chasten Buttigieg, the husband of Biden administration Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

In the video, it is revealed that Goss allegedly solicited sexual favors from an individual he believed to be a 14-year-old boy online prior to being approached by the YouTuber in an apparent sting operation.

Ghost Change approached Goss, who was apparently sitting on a chair outside his home waiting to meet the 14-year-old. “You’re here to invite a 14-year-old to your house. That’s what you’re doing, and you chatted super graphically,” said Ghost Change. “Are you 14?” Goss nervously replied to the streamer. “You were talking to a 14-year-old, do you get that? Do you want me to call the cops, or do you want to have a conversation,” repeats the streamer.

“To be honest, um, I don’t understand where you’re coming from,” mutters Goss. “You don’t understand? So why don’t we have a conversation about it, cause I can get you some help, or I can get you locked up,” said the streamer. Ghost Change then states Goss’s full name, and explains that he “knows everything about” him. Goss replies, “So you know I work for Nancy Pelosi, I work for Hillary Clinton,” and denied any “sexual contact” during the chats apparently in the possession of Ghost Change.

Despite What Govt Says, Freedom Isn’t Determined By Which Big Pharma Chemicals Are In Your Body

Isn’t it amazing how “15 days” of sacrificing freedom has led to a downward spiral into the abyss?

Benjamin Franklin did warn us when he said: “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Was he not clear enough?

When you give up your Liberty, you give up your Life, for they are one and the same. Humans have the inherent freedom to choose. We are not automated robots. When you give up your freedom, those who assume it will attempt to turn you into an automated robot…their automated robot.

They say. You obey.

The wolves must get your consent first. So they dress themselves up in sheep’s clothing and present you with a sweet and innocent opening wedge: “Just give us 15 days…that’s all.”

You can give your freedom away on the cheap. You get the sale price. Give your freedom away for a measly “15 days.”

Once that opening wedge is granted your consent, the dam is broken and a deluge of tyranny is unleashed on you.

The deluge of tyranny is extremely fast and furious. You’re tossed around, banged around, and battered like a car swept up in a tsunami. Nothing makes sense anymore. Everywhere you look, you see and hear lies, and you’re completely disoriented.

Now that your freedom has been compromised, the tyrants dangle it in front of you like the rabbit in a greyhound race.

They’ll have you chase that rabbit, and make sure that it’s always out of reach, no matter how fast you run.

“Oh, you want your freedom back? Meet this condition, and then you will be free.”

So, naively, you meet the condition. You obey.

But guess what?

The tyrants were lying.

Why? Because tyrants lie. You should know that.

Sure, you met the condition…You obeyed. But the terms of the deal have changed. Now a new condition has been added. Now you must meet another condition in order to have your freedom back.

Go ahead, chase the rabbit.

Naively, you obey again.

But once again, your freedom is denied. Another condition has been added…and another…and another.

Eventually, enough time passes by that your obedience becomes a habit. You’re being trained to obey. You start to realize that you’re not getting your freedom back. 15 days becomes another week…another month…another 6 months…Then you start to hear that it’s forever!

Facebook Shuts out NYU Academics’ Research on Political Ads

Facebook has shut down the personal accounts of a pair of New York University researchers and shuttered their investigation into misinformation spread through political ads on the social network.

Facebook says the researchers violated its terms of service and were involved in unauthorized data collection from its massive network. The academics, however, say the company is attempting to exert control on research that paints it in a negative light.

The NYU researchers with the Ad Observatory Project had for several years been looking into Facebook’s Ad Library, where searches can be done on advertisements running across Facebook’s products.

The access was used to “uncover systemic flaws in the Facebook Ad Library, to identify misinformation in political ads, including many sowing distrust in our election system, and to study Facebook’s apparent amplification of partisan misinformation,” said Laura Edelson, the lead researcher behind NYU Cybersecurity for Democracy, in a statement.

Facebook’s action against the NYU project also cut off other researchers and journalists who got access to Facebook data through the project, Edelson said.

The researchers offered Facebook users a web browser plug-in tool that let them volunteer their data showing how the social network targets political ads.

But Facebook said the browser extension was programmed to evade its detection systems and vacuum up user data, creating privacy concerns.

In a blog post late Tuesday, Facebook said it takes “unauthorized data scraping seriously, and when we find instances of scraping we investigate and take action to protect our platform.”

Facebook sent a cease-and-desist letter to Edelson and another researcher, Damon McCoy, in October but didn’t shut down their accounts until Tuesday, hours after Edelson informed the platform that she and McCoy were studying the spread of disinformation on the platform about the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, the researchers said.

Mike Clark, Facebook product management director, wrote in the blog post that the Menlo Park, California, company welcomes research that holds it accountable but that doesn’t compromise the security of the platform or users’ privacy.

“While the Ad Observatory project may be well-intentioned, the ongoing and continued violations of protections against scraping cannot be ignored and should be remediated,” he wrote.

REPORT: US Intel Gains Access To ‘Treasure Trove’ Of Hidden Data On Wuhan Lab Viruses

U.S. intelligence agencies have accessed a “treasure trove” of data from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) that could provide new information about the origins of COVID-19, CNN reported Thursday.

The data includes entire virus genomes that scientists at WIV studied, sources familiar with the data collection told CNN. However, intelligence agencies are reportedly struggling to process the data, due to the sheer quantity of it and the fact that it is in Mandarin. The agencies are reportedly using supercomputers at the Department of Energy to process the virus data, but do not have enough Mandarin-speaking biologists to aid the effort.

“Obviously there are scientists who are (security) cleared,” an intelligence source told CNN. “But Mandarin-speaking ones who are cleared? That’s a very small pool. And not just any scientists, but ones who specialize in bio? So you can see how this quickly becomes difficult.”

China’s National Health Commission (NHC) ordered WIV to destroy coronavirus lab samples, and the country refused to provide raw data on infections and viruses to World Health Organization (WHO) investigators. Since viruses evolve over time, scientists can map and track mutations in their genome to determine when and where they emerged. The data recovered by the University of Washington scientist, Dr. Jesse Bloom, suggests that COVID-19 was circulating before the outbreak associated with the Huanan seafood market, which some Chinese scientists have cited as the origin of the virus. The new data is also expected to aid in this effort, although it is unclear how intelligence officials accessed it.

President Joe Biden ordered the intelligence community on May 26 to provide an assessment on the origins of COVID-19 within 90 days. Senior intelligence and administration officials believe that the lab leak theory is “at least as credible” as the theory that it emerged from the Huanan seafood market, CNN reported in July.

The new data analysis will not be able to fully prove whether or not COVID-19 leaked from WIV, sources familiar with the investigation told CNN. However, the analysis will be able to help scientists and intelligence officials construct “a narrative of the origins of SARS-COVID,” one source said.

Paying Young People to Be Vaccinated Is a ‘Great Idea’, Says Labour MP

A Labour Party shadow minister has said it would be a “great idea” to pay young people to be vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus.

Luke Pollard, the Opposition minister for the environment, was asked on Sky News on Wednesday whether over-18s should be paid to be vaccinated.

“Well, if it helps with the increase of rollout of the vaccine for young people, that’s a great idea,” Mr Pollard said, in comments reported by Yahoo News UK.

Boris Johnson’s Conservative government did not appear to dismiss the notion, with Universities Minister Michelle Donelan saying the administration will “keep everything on the table” in terms of incentivising vaccination.

Greece has already begun to pay 18- to 25-year-olds to be vaccinated, offering them €150 (£128/$178) “Freedom Pass” vouchers, which can be spent on travel, accommodation, or entertainment such as concerts or museums. More recently, Greece is considering suspending or cutting the salaries of school teachers and university instructors who refuse to be vaccinated or regularly tested.

Pollard’s suggestion would perhaps make a change from the threats that the prime minister had made to the younger generations in recent weeks.

On so-called Freedom Day, July 19th, when the majority of lockdown restrictions were theoretically lifted, Johnson announced for the first time proof of vaccination would be the requirement to enter a venue in the United Kingdom, in this instance nightclubs — a direct targetting of young Britons.

Vaccine Mandates: The Government’s Push to Make You Surrender Your Health Care Decisions to the Mercy of Private Businesses

Last week, the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) declared that it is legal for private businesses to implement vaccine mandates.

“As access to the COVID-19 vaccines has become widespread, numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States have announced that they will require individuals to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, enrollment, participation, or some other benefit, service, relationship, or access,” DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel wrote in an opinion. “For instance, certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment.”

The most misleading headlines popped up all over the media. “DOJ declares vaccine mandates legal!” some outlets said, signaling that there will be no way for the unvaccinated to earn a living.

That headline is not true. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel’s opinion is not binding in courts and has no bearing on whether vaccine mandates will be allowed to stand. It is the courts, and ultimately, the Supreme Court, that will determine whether private companies can require their employees to make a particular medical decision.

The system of checks and balances, however, was not taught at Ivy League schools where many companies’ CEOs got their degrees. Five minutes after OLC’s “opinion” was made public, numerous companies announced they will require proof of a Covid vaccination as a condition for working in the office. The companies are Google, Netflix, Washington Post, Disney, Uber, to name a few. The full list is here and expanding.

Vaccine mandate is yet another attempt by the far left to take full control of American society. They have successfully exploited Covid for their unprecedented assault on basic freedoms of Americans, and they continue to push their quest for tyranny ever farther.

No private company should have the right to make a citizen undergo a medical procedure or make a personal health care decision. There is no reason for employers to mandate vaccines because they bear no legal responsibility for anybody contracting or dying of Covid at the workplace. Those unvaccinated willingly assume a higher risk of getting infected, and possibly dying, from Covid. Unvaccinated employees pose no risk to their vaccinated colleagues. Hence, private companies have absolutely no business mandating vaccines. Yet, they do it – apparently, “to protect public health.”

While their reasoning may appear noble, the precedent it creates is frightening. There is nothing in the public debate today that cannot be declared “a public health issue.” In fact, it is the latest liberal strategy to declare every one of their agenda items “an issue of public health.” Global warming, gun violence, and racism, for example, have been declared “a public health crisis” – not just by the liberal media, but by supposedly “neutral” public health organizations. Based on that, what is to stop a private company to mandate you drive an electric car, buy synthetic beef, or attend “a racial sensitivity course,” to promote “public health?” Once we define anything “a public health crisis” – which is what the federal government is doing – then there is no limit to what private companies can mandate you to do.

And this is exactly the goal that the far left is now pursuing. Vaccine mandates are a trojan horse for convincing the public that tyranny is a necessary tool “to save lives.” They will tell you that people who resist the assault on their freedom are just “too stupid” or “too selfish” to make the right decision, and the only way to make them do so is by an edict – either by the government, or a private company. And because there will always be a certain group of the population that will not “do what’s right” on their own free will, we must surrender our freedom and let the powers that be take control.
