Commonalities were "April Showers", the number 4, references to declas, and the final stage/potus returning.

Interestingly, on 8/4 CodeMonkeyZ announced his torrent and President Trump announced his "Trump Card".

Painting the picture, it seems that "April Showers" refers to the torrent (April Showers = Rain = Torrent).

Assuming this torrent contains damning DECLAS-type media, we can assume this to be the "Trump Card" and that we are now in the "final stage".
