It may be the result of assuming lower fuel consumption as they mandate the switchover to electric vehicles. Less gas tax revenue.

Can you elaborate on how / why you were tested? I'm interested to know if you asked for it, or one of you was sick so someone demanded a test from all of you, etc.
Also can you elaborate if your were quarantining voluntarily or what.
