Hypothetically, Graphene permeation of the brain could provide some measure of protection if the subject was in a field producing the 7.83 hertz that the Earth Produces naturally. If magnetic pole reversal occurred and we lost our EM/RF protection Earths magnetosphere provides, research has show particles/frequencies/radiation could fry our brains, drive on insane or over activate parts of the brain causing whacked out behavior. Being in an artificial 7.83 hz field generated by 5G or radar installations or HAARP could stabilize brain function. Those technologies could also be used to interact with the brain causing numerous other mental effects. What’s going on is very strange, but I think it has something to do with the ever increasing and inevitable magnetic pole reversal which, historically, has been a near exiting toon event.
