I am seeing increasing numbers of folks who think that hot wars are unavoidable in several nations. The "leaders" of those nations (US included) have abandoned even the pretense of living within the contracts that have bound us for centuries. That leaves the citizens two choices: 1) violent revolt 2) subservience to tyranny. It's a new millennium. I don't think cowering is likely to be the response.
