I don’t remember being asked for any consent beyond taking the oath and signing the contract before the tens of jabs they gave us back in the ‘90’s. But that was a long time ago.
And those were not “experimental”, which really doesn’t mean anything beyond legal definition (doesn’t make the “tested” ones much, if any better).
The only one I specifically remember was for Japanese Encephalitis before PCS’ing to Okinawa. Didn’t really care or think much about it back then…
