Then one would have to prove all the bible books are exactly the same the world over, otherwise, God has made a mistake in one of them. I'm pretty sure God wants us to question what you are told not to question, because He wants us to not follow other men blindly. I think it is reasonable to ask God about what to believe which oftentimes I find is a different answer than that which is found in one of the versions of the bibles.

Doubt of the faithfulness of God's word? That sounds like emotional manipulation to stop anyone from questioning a dogmatic idea. It's the easy way out of the debate. All-knowing the unknowable is faith, not truth, and faith is personal. Truth is provable.
