If you think you're god, then you don't need salvation.
The Bible teaches all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. That includes every created person.
Jesus was not created. If He was, then He would have to be included in this statement or the statement is false. If created (like us) His sacrifice would be meaningless and He would have died in His sin.
Thankfully, that is not the case.
