The claim is that two components of the solution that the vast is suspended in have an electrical charge and that if they are exposed to enough electromagnetic radiation it will negate the electrical charge which will increase the amount of damage done to the body. I doubt that it has to be strictly 5g radiation; it just needs to penetrate about 1cm under the skin to get to the capillaries
