Might be the vaccine roll out is dead in the water under Bidan, but they need that vaccine rolled out to all to tie up the economy.

Might be they're trying to force Trump's hand in going along with the mandate, but will blame any deaths on him if he stays with his voluntary stance. They're having to acknowledge his large backing, but only to blame them for any new outbreaks.

Wonder how Trump will counter?

My fear is a virulent strain released if Trump maintains it needs to be voluntary and that non-vaccinated shouldn't be sanctioned.

That's the router issue.
