Any Milk that is not clearly from grass fed cows with no hormones added AND no VIT D added is GMO and POISON to your body!
Even the milk that is advertised as "organic", if it contains "Vit D", it is no longer organic. If you want to stay away from that, buy organic cream or half and half - they do not add Vit D to that. Straus milk, I find, is the best milk I've ever tasted. Comes in GLASS bottles, not plastic. And always has a cream top - yummy! You'll never go back to regular milk again. Regular milk gives you that disgusting phlem in your mouth, where Straus milk or other grass fed (and grass finished) milk does not do that. And it's sweet and delicious. It doesn't have that wierd lingering bitter taste in your mouth!
