He was one of 5 or 6 governors who did that. To me, that means he was ordered to.
I think he has to be totally discredited so if he decides to spill, no one will believe him. They'll think he's trying to deflect from the sexual harassment stuff.
Cuomo had a ship, the Jacob Javits Center and a Central Park tent facility at his disposal and didn't use them. Doesn't make sense.
Add to that, Italians generally have a caring attitude towards the elderly, in my experience. Doesn't make sense to me here, either.
So, it may be Trump threw everything at NYC he possibly could, and some faction needed that to fail. Cuomo got caught in the middle.
The other governors may be too intimidated to spill, but Cuomo may be more feisty. There's the SDNY bullshit that could blow up all over them, as well, if Cuomo talks.
Looks like a dem turf war. Obama gang / Clinton gang. The Wiener laptop has Clinton tied up, though, and Cuomo has to take it in the shorts to keep that under wraps.
