The same question (related) regarding the HAARP Ionospheric Heating arrays in Alaska and the SW? Combined with spraying, they have been manipulating the Jet Stream for years causing havoc with droughts, mid-States severe weather, “Arctic Plunges” or “Polar Vortices” which have been killing the upper middle States and the Northeast. These are fixed targets. Who is running them??!!
