WHat drives twitter impressions better for the sake of outreach & engagement w/ the general public? (Can ask this for all social media platforms)

Do MEMES & spam hashtags achieve these two goals? I suppose my real question here is, are current methods only engaging with the echo chamber (either in all or part) or is there genuine discussion & networking occurring? Are there any experts that can chime in on this topic?

Additionally, Q has told us repeatedly to Stay TOGETHER. Be STRONG. Get ORGANIZED. Be HEARD. FIGHT the censorship. WE, the PEOPLE, have ALL the power. We simply forgot how to PLAY. TOGETHER we are INVINCIBLE. They want US divided. They want US silenced. MAKE NOISE. Q is WITH US. MAKE IT RAIN.

I think it is time we shift our own gears, anons. We must begin ops of our own. It is not enough that we scour this board for info, digging and researching into things Q has guided us towards while they do the heavy lifting. We must begin exercising the INTEL we have received. Research should be compiled based on topic and sent to whatever decent journalists are still around out there.

To really MAKE NOISE we need to COORDINATE EFFORTS ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS & MEDIUMS. Push everything discovered/researched into the PUBLIC EYE quicker than they can deal with. [Bandwidth Test] [Public Response] I.E., if we all bombed twitter/@Jack/FB/google/etc within a certain window (((They))) would feel an immense and rather sudden pushback that they wouldn't know how to handle. Our PUBLIC RESPONSE should be enough to test their bandwidth and then some. Expose the crooked bought & paid for politicians BY STORM (sudden attack) in addition to our regular tweeting.

WE were always meant to be here - we are the will of the people. It is imperative that we continue to act upon & build up that will in order to help ALL achieve a world we are blessed to see on the horizon now, and one we will be blessed to leave behind for our families.
