Take zinc supplements daily (30-50mg) Zinc is used by your cells to slice & dice invading viri (RNA? DNA or both? I'm not sure)
Drink 3-10oz tonic water daily. Quinine in tonic water is an ionophore (like HCQ) that allows the zinc in your bloodstream to migrate into your cells, Quercetin is also an ionophore & does the same. Probably after a month or so, there's enough zinc in enough cells, but I continue onward.
Vitamins C & D are supposed to work to prevent viri from entering your cells, but I took those anyway and continued doing so.
Get sunlight to allow your skin to produce vitamin D all by itself.
Control your weight. Obesity is probably the biggest co-morbidity for COVID-19.
Have some liquid ivermectin on hand in case the above doesn't work and pre-calculate what you will need to take (take with 8 oz water) to fight off COVID-19 once you have it. I got mine at Tractor Supply Company as a veterinary treatment.
