So Wuhan has been engineering this sequence to infect humans in addition to other functional gains. SARS.
Then NIH/Baric takes this 'sequence'/ either original or SARS-cov-1 and further modifies it including the addition of spike protein.
If Baric has the sequence and spike plasmid and so does Wuhan, then both labs could potentially have created SARS-CoV 2.
