A couple of days ago it was reported that the Obama-Biden regime is now waiving sanctions on Iranian oil and freeing up assets for the world’s number one terrorist nation. This is similar to what Obama-Biden did in 2016 before signing the nuclear deal with Iran.

The State Department is waiving sanctions on Iranian oil trade, allowing the Middle Eastern nation to access funds that were formerly frozen in South Korea and Japan.

The decision, authorized by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, will permit the “transfer of Iranian funds in restricted accounts to exporters in Japan and Republic of Korea,” according to ta statement delivered Tuesday to Congress.

The waiver reads: “Allowing these funds to be used to repay exporters in these jurisdictions will make those entities whole with respect to the goods and services they exported to Iran, address a recurring irritant in important bilateral relationships, and decrease Iran’s foreign reserves.”

POLICE: Audio Exists Of Arizona Democrat Senator Apologizing to Victim He Molested When He Was 12

Audio of Arizona State Senator Tony Navarrete has been obtained by police, with him allegedly admitting to the sexual molestation of a teenage boy.

Navarrete, who is an open homosexual, founder of his party’s LGBT Caucus, and is considered a rising star in the Arizona Democratic Party, was arrested on Thursday, and charged with the sexual abuse and assault of two teenage brothers. The State Senator first appeared in court on Friday afternoon, with police recommending 7 felony charges against him, including three counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 15, one count of molestation of a child, two counts of sexual conduct with a minor over 15, and one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

Documents from the Superior Court of Maricopa County detail the allegations against him. One of the victims claims that Navarrete touched him and “performed sex acts” on him in at least five separate occasions from the ages of 12 or 13 up until he was 15 years old. In the first incident, police say Navarrete put his hand down the pants of one of the victims, and also reportedly touched his brother’s leg, who hit Navarrete’s hand away to defend himself. Phoenix Police now claim that following an interview with the victims, they got one of the boys to call Navarrete, and have the audio of the call as evidence.

In the audio, police say Navarrete admitted to touching the penis of the young boy, who is now 16, and also performing oral sex on him. “Of course, I regret any bad actions that I did, absolutely wishing everything could be different,” the Democrat Senator said on the call, adding “I’m sorry, mijo,” an affectionate Spanish word for male children. When the boy confronted him as to why he committed the alleged crimes, which caused the youth to develop anger and anxiety issues, Navarrete can be heard claiming that he “wasn’t well,” and was sorry the boy had to “go through all this pain.”

During Navarrete’s court appearance, his lawyer, who said that the case should stress the presumption of innocence, attempted to set his bail at $15,000, but the judge imposed a far higher bond of $50,000. The bond also required Navarrete surrendering his passport to the authorities, and be forced to stay away from all children, including family members and his alleged victims, among other restrictions. Prosecutors pushed for the harsher restrictions due to the nature of his charges. If convicted, they could result in a minimum sentence of 49 years for Navarrete.

Following his arrest, the Arizona House and Senate Democrats called on Navarrete to resign in a joint statement. “The circumstances and serious nature of the felony charges faced by Senator Navarrete provide an untenable distraction from his role as an elected officials and public servant for District 30,” the statement read. “Abuse of this kind is intolerable and our hearts to go out to the victims. He should do the right thing for all involved and immediately resign from the Legislature.” Other Arizona politicians, including Governor Doug Ducey and State Senator Wendy Rogers, also demanded his resignation.

National File detailed that Navarrete was “deeply involved” in the educational sector as a State Senator, and had even “worked closely” with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. Multiple photos from his Facebook page picture him with school children of all ages, including one photo with a number of young cheerleaders.

California Judge Rules Newsom Can Blame "Republicans And Trump Supporters" For Recall

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) has won the right to blame "Republicans and Trump supporters" for the Sept. 14 recall election.

Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Laurie M. Earl said in a final ruling that Newsom's proposed wording for the voter information handbook does not violate election law - echoing her prior conclusion in a tentative decision before a hearing, according to Yahoo News.

"The Court finds there is nothing false or misleading about describing the recall effort's leaders as Trump supporters," wrote Earl.

Recall leaders charged in a lawsuit that Newsom was lying in his ballot statement because not all recall supporters and candidates vying to replace Newsom were Republicans.

During a hearing Thursday, the recall backers also claimed Newsom lied when he said they were "abusing our recall laws."

Earl disagreed, saying there was "an argument that this recall is an abuse of a perfectly legal process."

"The recall is being held less than three years after a sizable majority of California voters elected Newsom Governor," she noted.

Earl said that while reasonable minds may disagree on the propriety of the recall, Newsom's statement falls within the realm of 'legitimate political debate,' according to the report.

Meanwhile, a recent shock poll has Newsom losing the recall by double digits, according to SFGate.

The poll came from Survey USA and the San Diego Union Tribune, and was conducted among 1,100 Californians from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4. It found that 51% of respondents were in favor of recalling Newsom, while only 40% wanted to keep him in power. The previous Survey USA/San Diego Union Tribune poll from May found 36% in favor of the recall with 47% opposed.

Interestingly, Democrats support the recall by a 1:3 margin according to the poll, meaning that it isn't just 'Republicans and Trump supporters' who want the governor out, despite who organized it.

There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.” NASS and NASED are recipients of donations from voting machine and ballot printing companies.

Boston Court Takes Custody of Biotech Executive’s 14-Year-Old Child to Force Vaccination Against Parents’ Wishes

A 14-year-old child who wants to be vaccinated could not get her parents’ permission, so the court has stepped in and revoked custody in order for her to get vaccinated without their consent.

“So, I’ve been called to testify as an expert witness in a court in Boston. The child who has been removed from their parents’ custody, a 14-year-old,” Malone said. “And the legal system is insisting on vaccinating this 14-year-old.

Not that it should matter, but the parents are not uninformed nincompoops. The mother is a high-level executive at a Biotech firm.

“The mother is objecting, and she’s a very senior Biotech executive,” Malone continued. “She’s highly informed. She’s made the decision not to vaccinate her child based upon the data. The courts have removed custody and are trying to force the child to accept vaccination. They’re so worked up, the parents have the capital, they’re going to fly me up to Boston to testify in court.”

The Constitution has not been suspended by Covid-19, nor has our God-given right and responsibility to raise our children properly. Unfortunately, this is one of a multitude of outrages occurring now, and it’s only going to get worse if we do not stand up and stop this madness.
