When anon was in the AF it was not unusual to see a German military plane from time to time. Their AF and our AF have a lot of training exchanges. A lone cargo plane is often ferrying crew or supplies for this kind of a small deployment. Not saying it couldn't have been spoopy, just not that unusual.
