Military/Homeland Security personnel and Border Patrol are retrieving illegal migrants then dropping them off at targeted inner continental destinations where strategically their presence will ultimately flip voter dynamics from red to blue. One would be wise to consider the possibility that there is some sort of arranged reciprocal obligation beyond that of political allegiance in payment for their free ticket into America, their lavish compensation and accommodation package including free medical that each participating immigrant receives upon arrival.
