At first I was all about this as credible evidence, however I read into it a bit more. It’s more of a headline clickbait. The real story goes something along the lines that the guy issued a subpoena to the health ministry. They failed to comply to the subpoena or the subpoena was invalid, and the court ultimately threw it out. They didn’t say they couldn’t prove it, they just simply didn’t reply to a $1200 fine court case.
