With regard to the Pier 39 reference and possibly the terrorist plot around Christmas by the former marine, a FBI agent "accidentally" called from a phone with a 202 area code(D.C.) which then made the guy say to the undercover FBI agent he had changed his mind. Who was the FBI agent that tipped the guy off??!!
