Illegal advertising of vaccines in California

Be on the lookout for illegal advertising of vaccines. Twice in about a week's time, I have encountered it.

The first instance was a radio ad aimed at teens. This aired about a week ago in mid-day. The ad used the words "safe and effective." I don't know the radio station because it was on someone's phone system.

The ad was an internet pop-up on the Rolling Stone site. This ad used the word "safe." Unfortunately, I did not have the presence of mind to screen print it, and I was not able to get it again. The ad was probably provided by the same company that provides their other click bait.

About the advertising: The terms of EUAs are clear that no advertising of the vaccines can use the words "safe" or "effective," so these ads clearly broke that term of agreement. Anons should be on the lookout for ads containing these words. If you can, record where and when you encountered it.

Question:When we encounter the terms of the EUA agreements being broken in this way, who should we report this to? Who can we SAFELY report this to who will act on the information?

Note to hit piece writer:

I'm not UNvaccinated. I'm DIFFERENTLY vaccinated. I chose to go the prophylactic route, using chloroquines, vitamins, and zinc. At least I won't have to deal with the side effects of the vaccines. It took a bit of effort to find something I thought might work, given that my governor was one of those who banned effective treatment meds, but I do feel I'm doing something good for myself. Bonus: I have more right to "virtue signal" since my methods actually do prevent infection and spread. The vaccines not only don't do that, but they are infectious in their own right.
