You don't know what you have till it's gone. I'm gonna miss being able to view the best memes on the planet. The little bit of free speech we have left may be gone in a few days. There will be no place to go to laugh at the madness anymore. The sense of humor which makes us human will be considered a threat and grounds for retraining. Your social credit score will determine if you can access the internet. Your phone will watching your every move. Did you know your social credit score will drop in China if you let the phone battery drop too low? This shows you are dangerously irresponsible and must have certain privileges revoked. Buying fast food more than twice a week? A bad sign. Your children will be pigeon holed from birth to poor schools and menial jobs because of your score. Your neighbors will know. They will help their score by relaying information about you. Your car will relay your location. Your utilities will be controlled and limited according to your score. But most of all, information is filtered and controlled to a degree that having information may be the most dangerous thing you can do. This IS heading our way. The enforcers are already deployed. We are already on lists. We are no longer free. We just don't know it yet.
The ride never ends. But the brass rings are getting harder to reach.
