Spouse Anon is RN at large medical hospital. Spouse Anon says they are seeing many more Covid cases and all ICU beds are full of Covid patients. Very very possible non emergency surgeries are being delayed. I know that happened widespread (basically everywhere) back in 2020 when Covid was filling all hospital beds. Can’t say about the CVD test. Son had to get tested last week as he was sick with cold and they did nasal swab. Not an easy thing for a little boy. Prayers for your wife.
I requested him to be tested. Which says a lot about just how sick he was because I, too, am paranoid and don’t trust the establishment or government. But he was really sick. No Covid though. And since spouse sees patients every day I wanted to be prudent about not spreading it if son had it. They weren’t gonna test him but I asked them to.
Son is all better. Just a bad cold thank goodness. Spouse says all they do are nasal swabs for Covid test. I’m sorry you live in a crazy liberal state. I live in a swing state but our area is heavily conservative thank God. Best wishes to you and your wife. Will be praying for a good outcome. We have to stick together here. Honestly I was shocked that they were hesitant to test him. I figured they would be chomping at the bit to test. We do live in a conservative area though. And even the libs around here aren’t crazy lol. I’m thankful that I live in a good place.
“They” is his pediatrician. And I asked them to do it. Because he was VERY sick. If he had Covid I wanted him treated ASAP (America’s Frontline Doctor’s will write RX with a telehealth visit).
