There's a big billboard on Illinois Tollway 294 going North around 95th Street that says:

I thought that was odd, since it's a tollway, so everyone driving on it is actually paying to fix it.
And even if it wasn't a tollway, everyone's taxes would be paying for it, not just the Democrats.
