Anon, needs some input from you fine patriots. Anon was refused entry into public library for not muzzling up. 911 was contacted on anons behalf to get clarity on anons rights. Was handed paper in photo and was told by deputies they have been instructed not to get involved with mask issues but they are obligated to issue trespass citations to anyone who is not in compliance with county owned properties as well as private businesses if they wish to have similar mandates. They seemed like minded and suggested anon consult with attorney to bring more clarity to individual freedoms/rights.

Following day anon reports to work and business as usual aside from the new county policy for masks. Anon co workers all out of “new policy” compliance until the next shift showed up. Anon said a superior told crew to have muzzles on when his superior shows up otherwise crew will be written up and facing discipline of 3 days suspension without pay up to termination on first offense.

Anon says majority of employees feel same way but most are afraid because of the hostile tactics used with the threat of suspension/termination.

With all the fuckery seen in the court systems, what course of action should this anon take.

Anon says muzzles went out the window several months ago and wearing again will never be an option.

Outside of covid, do county commissioners/administrators have the legal authority to mandate such draconian policies? One would think something of this magnatude should have gone to a vote of the citizens in said county. Any legal challenge from that front?

September is right around the corner, once FDA approval anon expects to see mandates for vax to follow. Anon trusts the plan but wise to have backup upon backup. Anything to prolong/delay the walking papers while keeping freedoms.
