When Q was dropping crumbs, I could never figure out the movie references in context with the crumbs.

It hit me when I saw this (meme related) that maybe the movie crumbs were to be used as reminders (when it gets close to the precipice) that we are still watching a movie.

Good morning, anons. Stay comfy.

Eggs can actually be stored at room temp, anon. They are not refrigerated in a lot of countries.

Have dry milk on hand for outages. Anon has been thru 4 hurricanes with outages up to 2-3 weeks and we have a well. It's not fun, but it's doable.

Also, canned milk.

If electricity goes out and freezer starts to unfreeze, start cooking. I know people who lived in suburbs and they all gathered outside, cooked all their freezer food and had a big party.

Also, these (pic related) are cheap and come in handy at night if no electricity. Can be charged in the day and used in the house at night.

I use plastic. I just pour some off to allow for expansion and freeze in the jug. Also having several big frozen blocks of milk in your freezer will keep it cool longer if you keep the lid closed as much as possible. Eventually, it's all gonna thaw though if outage is awhile.

Anon has a well so when electricity is out, no water (we have a generator). Drinking water can be bought or stored in one of those big Coleman water coolers with 1 drop of bleach added per gallon so it wont get slimy, or in gallon jugs with 1 drop of bleach.

The kids have a cheap above ground pool and we have used the water out of that to flush the toilet. Any water can be used to flush the toilet-muddy water, doesnt matter, it's going straight in the septic system as anyway. Has to be poured in the tank.

Dont let the shills panic you. Look up how to prepare for a hurricane if you've never been thru one and prepare accordingly.

I've done hurricanes w/o a generator and with one. It's doable both ways but much easier with a generator - but they are expensive. You'll have to store gas.

Hopefully, we wont need any of it, but it's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Peace, anons.
