I use neither. I double bag in gallon ziplock freezer bags.
1/2 gallon per bag… squeeze the air out and then lie them flat in the freezer.
They last months.
Just thaw in the refer the day before you need it and shake well, and put in container
[I use glass milk bottles. Glass keeps your milk fresh longer from going sour as it does in plastic].
Never know it was ever frozen. Fresh taste.
