We freeze bread too and agree, it's good.
Also, if no power, 2 parts flour to one part or less water, a little oil and salt and yeast if you have it, mixed up to a soft dough can be divided up into chunks, flattened out and cooked on a cookie sheet or griddle or whatever on a grill or pit to make a type of flat bread. It is fantastic hot of the fire.
