Anons: I know this is old news that the USA now controls the Federal Reserve, as Q broke this news last year.
However, did you know this was done by secretly changing language regarding the US banking system in the Cares Act?
Attached above is the sections of the Cares Act that creates the new Federal Banking system and ends the Federal Reserve as we know it.
If these changes to the Cares Act regarding a new banking were never a "Notable", they should be now.
