I am VERY hopeful of this. I work in a manufacturing "employer of last resort". Wages are low, conditions pretty bad, BUT no piss test, no mandated masks, and no vax requested (yet, anyway). I actually like my job okay, 'cause I'm not micromanaged. Don't like the ADP fingerprint scanning, though.
The employer is losing lots of people right now because wages are not moving up as quickly as other places. However, if people understand they can have their health freedom, I think we'll attract some folks.
Employer probably won't advertise this as we are in a liberal hell-hole and "public health" is overbearing to say the least.

I've been banned or off social media and ended up sharing truth in the street. Told some folks going to "Standing Rock" protests that SIDS is a vaccine injury years ago. I realized back then that nothing can stop the truth.

It is not a problem to get fired. It is a good thing to get out of a company that things it can force you to take a poisonous injection.
