Wouldn't it be fairly easy for state legislatures to find out who the Dominion employees were who preformed these updates, issue a subpoena, and question them under oath? I don't mean the execs, but the actual techs. There must be records of them servicing the machines. THESE seem to be the guys most likely to flip.
