Did you see Dr. Shiva today at the symposium? He said big pharma has been losing billions of dollars because drugs have to go through so much testing and take a long time to be FDA approved. With vaccines they can mostly bypass that mainly because they forgo any liability thanks to the law. I don't think it's intended to harm people but it does anyways and they don't care because the standards are so low.
