Interesting. I was just thinking about how gravity can slow down time. An example would be if you were next to a black hole time would be moving slower because of the massive gravitational forces.

So what if you could apply the opposite forces in an environment? Could time be sped up by doing this? This could be incredibly useful for computer calculations that would otherwise take extreme amounts of time to complete.
