LANDLINE question-
Trying to help my granddad reinstate his old landline
in Southern California.
Does anyone know anything about how they
do things in that state regarding landlines?
I've gotten nowhere with Frontier/Verizon,
which was the original company it was under
before he cancelled the landline itself and went
the VOIP route.
It's with Consumer Cellular now but he's having
issues with the unit the provided so, am trying
to just get back to "old school" plug into the wall
phone lines/actual, physical LANDlines but they're
saying they only do digital now or something?
Any help/suggestions would really be appreciated.
My thinking is, it would be better to have the
landline because it won't be affected the same
way as his cell-phone and is good back-up?
Thanks, in advance.
