Request: Resources for justifying election fraud claims, ballot data

Where can I find election data and basic counting, hopefully statistics?

I’ve read that in WI, 168,000 ballots that arrived at 3:42 AM, not a single vote was third party and 85% were Biden. How can I show this to be the case? How can I justify the claim? If this is what the singular agreed real data shows, it’s basically impossible for there to have not been fraud.

My back is out, so I feel like arguing with dembots online.
