Without more information, seems open to interpretation between intentional vs. unfortunate accident.
A better future would be one where doctors are not Combined into conglomerate nightmares. I’ll better listen and exchange with a Doctor who doesn’t have fifty Administrators upstairs, outside the door or sitting/listening in on my conversation with my physician.
