If Dominion was smart they wouldn't done this because the fact that they didn't challenge Lindell's 5 million reward for anyone who can prove his information wasn't real…and they couldn't, obviously.

There has got to be precedent for this. The courts are the last resort; I am sure some research could produce precedent that if a litigant had opportunity to settle the accusation one way or the other and they didn't take it, then a lawsuit is moot.

For example, there are always a court option for mediation before a trial.
