CONGRESS knows it - so is is frustrating to have to play the long game BUT necessary - due to the reality of legal structures, corruption and public and media perceptions - if POTUS drops the MOAB himself and it is not deadly - then what? He must have an adequate base of consensus in Congress to proceed and WIN. Its very close.
Finally - Remember that whatever diisclosures are made by Congress are a blessing for POTUS - he does not have to defend or take false accusations for any of these. THEN whatever is left undisclosed - and no doubt there will be some MOABS remaining - will be released directly by POTUS as an October surprise.
