2005: Dominion Voting Software had representation in Serbia, the same company whose software from its Belgrade office would cause the “glitch” discovered in Antrim County in northern Michigan in the 2020 election in which Trump and Joe Biden were vying, a county traditionally Republican. In Michigan's Wayne County, they were hooked up to the internet during vote counting on November 3, 2020, configured to the Serbian IP address, and thousands of votes given by the voters to Trump were from Serbia transferred to Biden. A number of mistakes and malwares were added to the software and additional manipulation were done over the internet, from that Serbian IP address. Dominion software’s external network is configured to the Serbian IP address, to a location in Belgrade, Zoran Djindjic Boulevard. In the building at that address would be multiple companies – Opportunity Bank Serbia, internet provider EUnet, and headquarters of the leading Serbian cable and internet provider SBB. SBB is owned by an American fund called KKR and George Soros. The chairman of KKR is David Petraeus, who also headed the CIA during Obama's administration, and had been working for Soros since 2000. SBB owns the television channel called N1, a branch of CNN for Balkans and the television channel Nova S. It also acquired the license for the television channel Newsmax Adria, which though in the US presents itself as pro-Trump, in Serbia it follows the lead of other Soros’s media. Its editor-in-chief, Slobodan Georgiev, is one of the most active Biden’s supporters on Twitter. Minority partners in SBB are Dragan Solak, who manages the field work of the company and Dragan Djilas, a politician from opposition and former Mayor of Belgrade. Djilas, Serbian President Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic would be directly involved in foreign interference in US elections. All of Serbian governments starting in 2000 have been directed by Soros. He appoints them and removes them. Djilas’s and Vucic’s partner is Nenad Kovac AKA Nesa Roaming, one of the biggest Serbian oligarchs. He controls the entire IT industry of Serbia and would be directly connected to the Chinese companies Huawei and ZTE and to the South Korean Samsung. He is also involved in money laundering through USAID, financing terrorism in the US, violation of sanctions imposed on Iran, and cryptocurrency scams. All these players are connected and controlled by George Soros. He is connected to Dominion, he is behind the companies which supported the US election fraud, he is the master of all Serbian politicians involved in the US electoral fraud, having placed them in power. Serbia and the Balkans are a colony of Soros and the rest of the globalists (Clintons, Bidens, Madeline Albright, General Clark, etc.). Soros organized the whole corrupt network in Serbia pouring into large sums of money, including hundreds of millions of dollars having come from American taxpayers, stolen and laundered through USAID. That money financed political activities in the US and activities of the terrorist organizations Antifa and BLM.

May 20, 2009: Joe Biden cut a deal to help Serbian hackers in Belgrade where he was visiting to get control of info about ES and S voting machines. Among those Serbian hackers would later be Guccifer2, who would actually be CrowdStrike founder and CTO, Dmitri Alperovitch, pretending to be a "Russian hacker". Biden is good friends with the Serbian Crown Prince, and they have visited each other. Biden then had Eric Holder force ES and S in a divesture suit in the Antitrust department in the US DOJ to give over half of ES and S to Serbian programmers for Dominion Voting Systems.

Sometime in 2016: Guciffer 2, said to be from the Balkans, specifically from Serbia. Dominion Voting Systems (DVS), based in Canada, was also in Serbia looking for programmers. One Aleksandar Lazarevic may have been the creator of the CIA'S Scorecard in the Serbian team for DVS. Even though his LinkedIn reference to Dominion has been scrubbed, intentionally, LinkedIn Caches those employee employer relationships so they remain listed under their company even though the experience is removed. This person wrote the book on how to do algorithmic boosting of datasets over time, the official name of which is SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique).

In other words, an adjustment will be made based on the top data point to keep the bottom data point on track to balance, or Tie. It is this which was applied to tabulating the 2020 votes. In the paper's acknowledgment section, it thanks the US Department of Energy, and "We also thank Philip Kegelmeyer for his very useful comments". His profile: "Philip Kegelmeyer (E.E. Ph.D, Stanford) is a Senior Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA. His current interests are machine learning and graph algorithms, especially as applied to ugly, obdurate, real-world data which is, perhaps deliberately, actively resistant to analysis.

The patent describes a concept of connected close range machines being taught to correct nodes slowly over time by a trainer node, exactly what would be needed for fraud in the voting machines. More of his research:

This person was in Serbia in 2016 recruiting developers for DVS and Scorecard and needed a cover to contact developers while also being associated with the actual company. Thus, the two profiles. Once all of this was discovered, all Serbian Developers LinedIn profiles were removed. (credit to Anon who provided all of this information)

In the meantime, Dominion Vice President, Dr. Eric Coomer, was asked if it were possible to bypass election systems software and go directly to the data tables managing systems running elections in Illinois. He replied, “Yes, if they have access.” Asked who that included, he replied, “Vendors, election officials, and others who need to be granted access.”

Also in 2016: Judge John Mercer Walker Jr., a first cousin of GHW, and the son of Dr. John M. Walker, helped plan and participated in another of his many Chief Justice Conferences, this particular one hosted in Serbia.
