She's totally engaging in the coverup of the crime.

The problem is that Mike's symposium is not a court of law.

She'll get away with it unless the heat is kept on and the CO AG is forced to open up an investigation and ask for a court order halting any destruction of those machines from Mesa that were seized.

Chain of custody has to be totally clean or the courts will throw it out.

Why do you think they pulled that stunt on Mike's data?

They're in the process in CO of getting away with it legally unless someone stops the SOS quick.

Griswold is doing what she's legally allowed to do.

The CO AG (or come to think of it - Mesa County could too) needs to file a court case pronto.

Allege they believe there was foul play with those machines and ask for a court order halting their destruction.
