It is a struggle to even imagine the rational for make this shot mandatory. It is not supported by the scientific evidence but that is not the matter at law by which the mandates should be thrown out.
The shots are not done trial until at least FEB 2023. This runs right through the upcoming school year and leaves loads of time for the courts to hear the arguments rather than wave the mandates onward.
Being trials, how can it possibly be argued that a mandate is ok? Can someone please make a stab at the best devil's advocate argument?

I struggle to imagine that the supreme court hasn’t always been comped and swayed by political pressure. But this seems to point the importance of POTUS appointing them, I doubt that in his 74 years on this planet in the circles he hung out with, to gather dirt, there wasnt a lot of stories about the three SC nominees he chose and he knew those recommending them were equally comped.
I can imagine him beimg at a cocktail party having a coke and saying to his sister a a federal appelate court judge in Philadelphia, “what to hell happened with that SC case”, she says wryly, “theyre all comped, how did you not know this? I’ve been pressured by the gov and politicians all my life, I try yo do the right thing, but i dont want me or my family to die. The SC is chosen because they are seriously comped. Youve got to know of you have any future plans to be president. The only two that are not are Thomas and Alito, man did tgey want them never to be nominated! Donald youve got to expose this corruption’”
He’s at another high profile dinner/cocktail party where all the perves congregate, and he says to them why did Roberts vote for the affordable Care Act, the politicians spoke and said Obama and we gave him an offer he couldnt refuse. He says “how’d you do that”, they replied “He loves kids, so we got him some and then we told him what he had to do”. Donald laughs all the while hes recording all if this.
He had the whole story on all of them before they even know he would show up the future with power over them! You dont think his sister knew all the dirt on all of them? And the politicians asking for money year didn’t share with him?
Anyone thinking POTUS was fooled, doesnt understabd histroy and his history and connections; and what he will do for justice, truth and exposure to wake up the world.
I trust POTUS, this all had to happen, no matter how hellish this had to get.
