Any anons follow Dave Ramsey or Larry Burkett's financial advice?

I know Dave Ramsey says not to own rental property unless you own it outright (no mortgage). With the CDC and Biden unconstitutionally granting eviction moratoria, in order to take property from the middle class and give it to oligarchs, it is particularly dangerous to have rental properties with mortgages.

I think the whole subject suggests to me that having a "mortgage" (death contract) is a really, really bad idea.

Banks could be starved if millions of us refused to take out mortgages.

Agreed. The potential for isolation for the child is real, but co-ops and such make it possible.

We need to fund the parents (by bringing back jobs and industries) reducing/eliminating confiscatory property taxes and eliminating government (indoctrination) schooling and teachers unions.
