my company is thinking about mandating the jab
they are shorthanded and can't hire enough workers now
if all non vaccinated people stayed home 2 days it would be shut down nationwide
my thinking is that one reason they are pushing this company by company with different timelines is to pick off people one at a time
if they tried to do all companies at once, there would be more organized resistance
