I think the only thing you really can do is to communicate with your coworkers and see who else won't take it. Stand together and politely communicate that you however many will not be getting vaxxed. (I'd hold off as long as possible towards the deadlne before you communicate this to mgmt.) At that point, they either fire you or they might maybe if you hold your mouth just right, maybe they might back down. Try to bluff. Good luck, anon.
