Who is Dennis Montgomery?

Part 2 of 11

February 7, 2006: In a hearing of eTreppid v. Montgomery, the latter testified 1994 was "after 3net" (previous co. name) and "self-employed as a consultant" with a company named "Pacific Consulting" between 1993 and 1998 (pp. 127-129). Trepp testified Montgomery's attorney and CPA had recommended he be paid as a contractor because of "tas loss carry-forwards from prior lawsuits where he had losses in them and that he didn't need to get deductions…"

March 13, 2006: In eTreppid v. Montgomery, the latter submitted a sword declaration that "from September 1998 through December 2003" he was "paid by eTreppid Technologies solely as an independent contractor" in the company despite provided "software compression technology" to eTreppid "in return for 50% of the company" (p. 4). "As of Janurary 2004, I became an employee of eTreppid".

September 11, 2006: A former coworker of Dennis Montgomery at eTreppid, Sloan Venables, told Air Force investigators Haraldsen and Smith he deemed Montgomery "nuts and a crazy compulsive liar", "abusive to subordinates", and that he "would threaten" them "and instruct them to not engage with TREPP" the co-founder. Trepp told them eTreppid gave Montgomery $1.3 million and 50% ownership at the beginning of 1998, and since 1991, the company had loaned him $1.5 million because of his troubled finances, and that one month before he suddenly left the company around December 7 or 8, 2005, he asked for an additional $270,000 loan to pay betting debts to a casino as well as other debts. Trepp also said disks from him expected to have all the data on the Source Server were blank or had irrelevant data.

October 30, 2006 Continuing in the lawsuit of Montgomery against eTreppid, he accused his former partner Warren Trepp and U.S. Rep. Jim Gibbons of "illegal and electronic surveillance", "eavesdropping and wiretapping" and that he would file additional actions. He testified they sought to "initiate criminal action" against him. He also claimed he did not possess any classified information (p. 4).

February 19, 2011: As according to the NYT article "Hiding Details of Dubious Deal, U.S. Invokes National Security" claiming Dennis Montgomery's former lawyer, Michael Flynn, who since had described him as a "con man", says he suspects the administration (Obama) had been preventing scrutiny of Montgomery's business lest it is revealed the government was duped. (Perhaps another more nefarious reason, to be used as a Trojan Horse at some point?) DOJ would not comment, with the excuse a trial was pending in Las Vegas on other charges regarding $1.8 million bad checks at casinos, and that he had not been charged regarding federal contracts.

Who is Dennis Montgomery?

Part 5 of 11

August, 2013: Dennis Montgomery's representative Tim Blixeth contacted the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff's Office relating to his claims of a government super-computer called "The Hammer", which he claimed was being used to spy on Americans and illegally harvest data, and specifically, citizens in Arizona (Montgomery lived in Seattle). Now, keep in mind the Obama administration, as previously indicated by a NYT article, had said it had not found wrong doing with his federal contracts, his former lawyer, Mike Flynn, stating the reason as to avoid embarrassment. However, we should keep in mind, Sheriff Arpaio had made controversial claims about Obama's birth certificate, and Det. Zullo had forensically demonstrated it to be a forgery. It would appear Montgomery was launched to discredit both Arpaio and Zullo.

September, 2013: Deinnis Montgomery contacted Maricopa Couty Sheriff's office and met with Dets. Mike Zillo and Brian Mackiewicz in Seattle. He proceeded to make the mass surveillance against Americans with "The Hammer" claims, and claimed to have possession of evidence 153,000 Maricopa County residents were victims of government bank account breaches. Montgomery also spoke directly to Sheriff Arpaio.

https://www.thepostemail.com/2019/07/07 … arratives/

November, 2013: Maricopa County, AZ, Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, sent two investigators, Michael Zullo and Det. Brian Mackiewicz, to Seattle, WA, to interview former government subcontractor Dennis L. Montgomery about his claims of illegal U.S. government surveillance of residents of Arizona and the nation using a computer he designed and created he called “The Hammer.” This opened a yearlong investigation resulting in no evidence. In a 2013 audio recording, Montgomery is heard telling Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office investigators he actually "never invented, built or was consulted in the creation of the alleged CIA spying computer,“The Hammer”!" (Go to link below to hear the recordings.) Zullo said he changed his stories as things developed. He later claimed to have “invented” the software programs, and also claimed to have the ability to retrieve the information, store it, and reconstruct it from stored drives. He claimed to have all types of information stored on 425 one-terabyte hard drives, information he had retrieved from Ft. Washington, Maryland, where he claimed to have worked, but in fact, he was only a sub-contractor who worked there for a short time, and not for two years. He actually only worked there from Jan. 2009 to the following March, and his contract was terminated because it did not meet the Air Force's expectations. It was a dud. Despite this, he would have others believe he was able to remove 425 hard drives without detection from a highly secured area at Ft. Washington. However, these programs were actually revealed by Edward Snowden months before Montgomery became a “whistleblower”. When Zullo asked him about it at that time, Montgomery said he knew nothing about vote count-altering capability, but when all this would come out in 2020/2021, suddenly he "remembered". However, that did not deter Mary Fanning and Alan Jones at The American Report from being Montgomery's muses, publishing his scams since March, 2017, scamming Dave Janda and Brannon Howse, as well as Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (Ret) and former NSA program developer J. Kirk Wiebe (a one-time critic of Montgomery), Lin Wood, and even the great Sidney Powell, Gen. Michael Flynn's lawyer. Fanning's proof of "HAMMER" and "SCORECARD" was to point to a respected individual who mentioned them in a deposition by Powell, however, that individual had heard it from McInerney, Wiebe, and Montgomery! It was a circle back. Eventually, Fanning would convince Mike Lindell of My Pillow of the data of the overseas infiltration of the 2020 election on November 3 with its alleged involvement of "HAMMER" and "SCORECARD". To this day, no proof of any of Montgomery's allegations have been brought forth by the two, and they have hidden the many findings of “perjury” and “fraud” against him in courts of law.

November 7, 2014: Sheriff Arpaio asked former NSA program developers J. Kirk Wiege, William Binney, and Thomas Drake to examine the 47 hard drives Montgomery had handed over in which he claimed was the evidence of government surveillance. An email from Det. Mackiewicz to Montgomery's attorney, Larry Klayman, copied to Det. Zullo, Montgomery and another individual, it states, "After reviewing all the hard drives our experts concluded that Dennis Montgomery deliberately complied [sic] massive amounts of data on to these drives for the purpose of obfuscating the fact the data itself contained no evidence to support Dennis Montgomery's claims."

July 15, 2016: In Montgomery v. Risen, U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras ruled in favor of Risen: "Several discovery disputes arose throughout this period, and were considered by Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman. Of most relevance to the merits of Montgomery's claims is Defendants' request that Montgomery produce the software that is the subject of the Chapter. As explained in more detail below, after initially objecting to that request, Montgomery eventually claimed that he had turned over the only copy of his software to the FBI, along with a large volume of other computer drives and electronic information, in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation. Magistrate Judge Goodman ordered Montgomery on more than one occastion to produce the software and to coordinate with the FBI in locating it…..", etc. The usual shenanigans.

Part 8 of 11

Early afternoon, March 19 and 20, 2017: Det. Zullo and Dr. Jerome Corsi (another questionable character) were guests on Alex Jones's (ditto) "Infowars" to discuss data Dennis Montgomery initially provided after contacting Maricopa about alleged government-instigated bank-account breaches and identity theft.

https://www.thepostemail.com/2017/03/19 … -database/

https://www.thepostemail.com/2017/03/20 … afternoon/

Evening of March 19, 2017: Retired U.S. Air Force Four Star General Thomas McInerney, with U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons, read the article by Mary Fanning and Alan Jones's The American Report on "Operation Freedom", on Dr. Dave Janda’s radio broadcast, WAAM 1600. The article made allegations about the Obama administration's operation, The HAMR, a secret surveillance system of the U.S. intelligence agencies, led by CIA's Brennan and Director of National Intelligence, Clapper. Montgomery claimed he created the HAMR, but in reality, despite what is aired by Janda and others, he fudged the truth to cash in on it, using 47 hard drives to claim they contained the secret tool. However, it was three thumbdrives which contained the spying tool and the evidence of Haydon. Regardless of the reasons, Montgomery is discredited for his certain fabrication, helping to point away from Michael Haydon who was abusing the NSA data base for political spying. What Montgomery did have was three thumb drives revealing the actual spying abuse. The actual spying tool was created by several persons compartmentally in the early 2000's, likely as a result of 9-11. Montgomery had created the breaching portion of the tool, enabling the hacking. Others, who became whistleblowers a few years later around 2005 or 6, also worked on this tool, their part being the "Thin Thread", which Haydon then later had another coder (who also would turn whistleblower) turned into "Trail Blazer". The Trail Blazer is the prostituted form to hide it, and it was used as a political weapon. It is this that is the true "HAMR". Haydon was brought before a committee in DC in 2005 or 2006 and rebuked for the cost and danger of such a tool and told to cease and desist. He didn't, and instead turned it into a black ops run out of Nevada, with Montgomery running it as late as 2010, who himself did not know about the Thin Thread or Trail Blazer.

Afterward, in 2013, he reached out to Maricopa County, AZ, police with Chief Arpaio (who had been investigating Obama's birth certificate), and they worked on this thing until 2015. After attempting to entice them with info on the birth certificate, which they quickly rejected as an obvious scam, Montgomery sucked them in by having used the tool to get information on thousands of Arizonans, including Arpaio, and for good measure, throwing in info on other politicians and even Supreme Court judges. Based on this scam, Montgomery drew them into his money grubbing scam, but the tool was REAL.

(cont. 2013): Eventually, the two detectives, one of whom was Mike Zullo, working the case arrange a meeting in Maryland with the early whistleblowers to show them some of the info on the hard drives Montgomery had given them in an effort to weed out what was real and what was fantasy on Montgomery's part. One of the whistleblowers, Drake, wrote the Thin Thread code, and requested to see the proof it was on the hard drives. The detective phoned Montgomery to send him this portion of it. Montgomery sent it via email to the detective, and Drake verified it was his code. After this meeting, the detectives proposed to Montgomery they fly from Seattle to Maryland to meet the other whistleblowers to take a look at the hard drives. Montgomery agreed, but when it came time to go, Montgomery got a medical excuse he couldn't fly because he had a few strokes (though he had flown later to show his evidence to a federal judge). Instead, the detectives take the drives themselves and as they feared, they appeared to be junk. What was odd was the info on the Thin Thread included in it wasn't like the one Montgomery had emailed, but had misplaced and incorrect code. The detectives wondered if Montgomery had altered the code. The cops confronted Montgomery, but he wanted to work out a deal, and never challenged their determination the hard drives were junk. The detectives also arranged the reconstruction of the packets with the whistleblowers and Montgomery because the whistleblowers had seen enough evidence that he did know of the tool and was the real deal because the information of this tool was only known to less than a half dozen people in the nation. For this to be done, they needed the original coders who had worked their portions. Montgomery refused because he wanted big money for it, and up to that time, Montgomery had been getting 10k a month for six months from the AZ police. They were ready to bring this to a head, but Montgomery wouldn't budge. Instead, he wanted to see a federal judge, and the detectives convinced Arpaio to give that a shot. They suggested to him to go before a federal judge, at which point the case would then turn to federal hands from that point. He sat on that for some time. They needed to monitor him to ensure he cooperated with the feds or they would have to present their evidence to the feds themselves.

Montgomery was no longer was receiving payments from AZ at that point, the detectives hoping to "starve him out" to get him to cooperate with the feds. He finally agreed, and hired Larry Klayman as his attorney, and the detectives got Montgomery and all the evidence and drives to the Feds, who would give him an immunity deal. The lead detective afterward met with Montgomery who told him the FBI had demanded positive proof, and for that, he also gave them the THUMB DRIVES, and the information contained in them about American citizens in Arizona included information on Sheriff Arpaio, this at the very time the Feds were spying on Arpaio (and it may be Montgomery was weaponized againt him and Zullo)! However, the detective learned from his sources, that despite the thumb drives and the 47 hard drives, what was not included was the SOURCE CODE for the tool. Montgomery pulled the wool over the Feds by telling them the NSA had the code, that he never had it. The FBI demanded he produce the code, but as he wasn't the sole coder, he couldn't! He had only created the breaching portion of it. Montgomery's greed had only served to shield the Deep State, and Haydon, because he had discredited himself even though he had REAL EVIDENCE. No court would now ever take his evidence at this point. It simply turned into a conspiracy "hoax". In fact, it was because of Montgomery, that Arpaio himself was discredited relative to the case against him for "racial profiling".

Strzok and Lisa Page texted one another 26 minutes after the broadcast in code. However, later at 11 same evening, they again texted, talking about Montgomery and his attorney, Larry Klayman, both of whom were mentioned in the broadcast:

“I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman/Montgomery stuff in the email Jim just sent is utter BS. Best to say nothing and brief later if necessary.”

"Jim" would be Comey. The reason they know it's BS is because they know there could not have been one sole coder on such a tool, and that's why they couldn't get anything out of what Montgomery had given them. However, they preferred everyone be sidetracked with Montgomery and Klayman appearing as mere conspiracy hoaxers because it detracted from the truth. The next morning, the Russia "collusion" investigation was announced by Comey.

November 17, 2017: A three-judge appellate panel upholds Contreras's ruling in Montgomery v. Risen. The opinon is at the link.

2020: Dennis Montgomery established the website "Blxware.org", accusing Edra Blixseth of having engaged "in illegal FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs". See the pattern? Those with whom he has ever worked, and who have helped him, he turns against. While he may have started as a con man, this may have turned out to be something else entirely ever since he was weaponized against Sheriff Arpaio during the Obama administration who covered up his federal contract crimes and frauds. He was now claiming to use the site to raise money to "Expose the truth about Hammer and Scorecard". It seems that this was an DS campaign to set up individuals and groups in preparation for the 2020 election in November. Should the election foreign interference go awry, they would use Montgomery's skills to discredit those attempting to uncover it, all while Montgomery raises money for his "cause"

October 20, 2020: Former Sheriff Joseph Arpaio released his memoir, "Sheriff Joseph Arpaio: An American Legend". In it he speaks extensively about Dennis Montgomery's "work" for Maricopa as an informant.

October 31, 2020: Mary Fanning and Alan Jones reported Dennis Montgomery claimed the alleged government supercomputer “The Hammer” was switching votes en masse from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. With “The Hammer”, Montgomery claimed software called “Scorecard” he invented, was used against eight states to switch votes in Biden's favor. Adding to all his past fabrications, Montgomery also claimed FBI Director James Comey demanded he handover the software source code in 2015 as part of an immunity agreement with DOJ, as Fanning and Jones reported in their January 3, 2021 American Report article. Detective Zullo warned this prevents anyone asking for the evidence of such. Given the present reputation of the FBI, this becomes a perfect cover, since when asked, they'll say, this time truthfully, they don't have it. When asked, Bill Binney, who had worked for NSA in a top position years ago, he opined Montgomery could be conducting “nefarious activity for the CIA.” Binney, along with Kurt Wiebe, was one of those who had investigated Montgomery's hard-drives. He said what was on the hard drives did not originate with any NSA Tap, but from Montgomery somewhere else. Montgomery seems to be a CIA disinformist who is doing much damage to the credibility of those defending this nation, and is well paid for it.

Friday, November 13, 2020: Now with the real story about the servers in Germany (and later to follow the involvement of Italy and the Vatican), the fraud of Dennis Montgomery was being strongly pushed, creating a fog of war. Retired General McInerney gave an interview on OANN on "Hammer and Scorecard", all of which information was given him by the dynamic duo Mary Fanning and Alan Jones with Dennis Montgomery, and discrediting OANN to boot for a "far rightwing conspiracy theories". The trick here is to hide the truth in an avalanche of lies.

Who is Dennis Montgomery?

Part 11 of 11

January 3, 2021: Mary Fanning reported in an article, and claimed January 13 to Brannon Howse to have in her possession evidence of foreign interference that allegedly changed the outcome of the U.S. presidential election. Despite her previous constant reference to "HAMMER", then to "SCORECARD", this time, she did not refer to them, nor did she refer to Dennis Montgomery, the source of her allegations. She purposely misled, knowing full well had she named him as the source, she would be instantly challenged. She only spoke of an unnamed “source” and an unidentified “whistleblower” who had allegedly provided evidence of election-tampering to FBI Director James Comey in 2015. Fanning’s assertions were incorporated into Lindell’s “documentary” on the election steal, “Absolute Proof”, only serving to discredit. This seems suspiciously that Montgomery is not simply a shyster, but something far worse, and perhaps Fanning, or she is deceived and can't seem to get off her merry-go-round, even at the expense of this Nation. A software expert has demonstrated how it is a fraud.

https://www.thepostemail.com/2021/02/11 … e-proof-2/

February 5, 2021: Mike Lindell, a longtime Trump supporter, released a two-hour video, “Absolute Proof,” with Dennis Montgomery's muse, Mary Fanning, as one of the producers and main source, in which he claimed was evidence of widespread ballot fraud in several “swing” states during the 2020 election, enough alter the results. During her portion of the video, which Zullo called the "grand finale", she never mentions "HAMMER", "SCORECARD", or Montgomery, something that is a drastic change from her past behavior. She was now actively hiding these things, demonstrating both their questionable nature and her the true nature of her involvement. She seemed to be more than someone duped or dazzled, but an active sabateur. As evidence, she showed columns of data showing purported IP addresses both as sources of the steal and as targets of them. Det. Zullo immediately saw Montgomery's handiwork in the impressive demonstration, and in fact, the same video of that demonstration appeared on Montgomery’s website, Blxware.org, weeks before the documentary, and now removed. Zullo characterized Montgomery's "data" as a "Trojan Horse", and as Fanning having "presented a poisoned pill" and "sabotage", and that her involvement "smacks of premeditation and willful intent". Brannon Howse has also attached himself to her train, and is actively hiding Montgomery and information about him. As well, The Gateway Pundit did a piece on Montgomery and Fanning's fraud, link below. Furthermore, GP reported according to Yaacov Apelbaum:

1. The data is not sorted. That would be virtually impossible for any select output statement that created the file.

2. Many of the IP addresses do not match the source and target locations specified.

3. Some of the company/entity names don’t match the location specified.

4. The document uses DBA names for companies instead of the actual legal name, which is what you would get if you did an actual IP-organization resolution.

5. All of the destinations are protected with firewalls, so, the “INTRUSION METHOD” referencing the word “FIREWALL” is meaningless. Also, from the limited attack vocabulary it obvious that whoever wrote this is not familiar with actual cyber offensive operations.

6. Source date format is incomplete and is missing the time zone

7. Some of the records are incomplete, for example row 24 states that “TRUMP: DOWN 44,905”, but failed to add the “Y” entry under the “SUCCESS” column

8. The tabs on the spreadsheet show that the titles were created manually (“Sheet 1” vs. “Sheet1”), which is unlikely if this date came from an automated process

9. The values in the field titled “TARGET ID”, which have the format of a MAC address, were most likely created with a random number generator. A sampling of some of these numbers yielded no results

>If Montgomery (Mcgreevy actually) is comped, do you think all those working with Mike lindel that he hired would not have sussed him out.

What makes you think they haven't?

Regardless, Mike Zullo's testimony against him is damning.

Trying to pin it on thepostemail solely isn't going to work.

>IT IS CLEAR AS FUCKING DAYLIGHT THAT THE ELECTION WAS HIT FROM MULTIPLE ANGLES ON THE GROUND AND VIA CYBER.

That is absolutely true.

>SO FCUK OFF WITH THIS LARGE ATTEMPT AT TRYING TO FUCK UP THE LONG AND EXHAUSTIVE EFFORT

Strawman.

Montgomery is the one assigned to do that.

His shit is the Trojan Horse.
