Defend Florida is compiling evidence of cheating and is taking it to the next step by proposing this to the FL legislature:

  1. Make election day a state holiday.

One day to vote. No early voting.

  1. Everyone votes in person with

very limited exceptions - medically unable or military stationed away.

  1. Mandate small precincts (less than 1k)

  2. Handcount Audit of a randomly selected 20% of paper ballots in precincts where 5% of precinct voters request audit. Audit to include all races on ballot.

I have heard enough. With the tens of thousands of ballots mailed without being requested, the over ten thousand people who voted after registering after November 3rd, the failure of Maricopa to turn over the 40% machines, the passwords that Dominion still refuses (1/2)

This is what happens when teamwork takes off.

It’s clear now. This is a ghost voter election, part paper, part machines depending on locality.

Trump’s huge vote total forced them to be used, whether created in the last four years like in AZ, or in years gone by like PA.

I was wondering why I couldn’t find the official preliminary Maricopa County results, YouTube took the video down. Anyway this is by far the best breakdown I’ve seen of it. I know we’re supposed to be waiting on whatever evidence Dominion is guiltily refusing to hand over, but the truth is…we don’t need it. We have now everything we already need to prove fraud between the counterfeit ballots these idiots decided to make multiple exact copies of, and the 74,000 mail-in ballots that were never sent out, but somehow showed up anyway. It’s all we need to decertify Arizona’s election right here, and start forensic exams going on all these other contested battleground states including mine.

The one thing he forgot to mention that I noticed, was the bleed over on the ballots that were printed explainably on thinner paper. They were mostly from Election Day (conservatives like to vote in person) and that was the day without explanation they gave out a notice to switch from ink pens to markers. Remember #MarkerGate ? If it bleeds over it can invalidate the vote and kick it to hand adjudication…meaning an election worker made your vote for you. How panicked are you thinking some of these Secretary of States are right now? 😆 🇺🇸🙌🏻

Rep. Lee Zeldin on State of Governor's Race in New York: Democrats in New York Facing 'Identity Crisis'

One or two things may have changed for the 2022 gubernatorial race in New York, now that Gov. Andrew Cuomo resigned this week, which is to be effective two weeks from Tuesday's announcement. Yet as Rep. Lee Zeldin, who is running for governor as a Republican, tells Townhall, the important issues remain the same. He's also not worried about any potential Democratic challenger.

Rep. Zeldin spoke specifically of how the issues didn't change when it comes to an individual's and the state's "breaking point." The issues, he said, likewise "didn't change because of the governor's announcement this week," which include concerns about rising crime, wanting to support the police, and getting rid of cashless bail.

Zeldin's campaign for governor has targeted Cuomo by name, as a potential 2022 opponent, but the congressman affirmed his campaign was "very cognizant out of the gate" that the current governor might not make it until Election Day 2022. However the governor was going to be leave public office, Zeldin highlighted that his campaign talked about how "one way or the other this was the end of the road" for Cuomo.

Yancey Roy in his piece for Newsday pointed some insight from analysts on the race when it comes to Republican chances:

On other side, Republicans’ strategy will have to adapt. The departure of Cuomo takes away perhaps the GOP’s best campaign ammunition, analysts said. But the upheaval, combined with factors such as crime gives them new political angles.

While others says Republican chances are "dim," even Democratic political strategist Hank Sheinkopf sees a path for the GOP:

Sheinkopf said Republicans could use a "chaos" theme against Democrats up and down the ballot.

"Unless the Democrats move quickly to undo the chaos" caused by Cuomo’s departure, Sheinkopf said, "the Republicans will have an opportunity."

"The Dems have to move quickly to calm things down," he said, or they risk losing seats in the State Senate and Congress.

Zeldin acknowledged Democrats "will likely have a crowded primary field" and suggested it will be "highly contested," while providing "no great option." He also told Townhall that the Democrats "don't have any option that we're worried about."

Not only is Rep. Zeldin clearly confident about his campaign and what their message and areas of focus are, but he pointed to identity issues the Democrats are facing.

"We are seeing a Democratic field, and a Democratic Party that is very much uncertain about its identity and future and while our campaign is busy battling for the heart and soul of our state and country, the Democratic Party in New York State in many respects, is going to be going through an identity crisis of trying to figure out the heart and soul of their own party."

There has been much speculation from many different state news outlets. In addition to the several other names he's thrown out there in a piece for The New York Daily News, Michael Gartland suggested that "although it’s probably a long shot," Cuomo himself might still run for a fourth term.

The disgraced governor is adamant he would have survived impeachment. Carl Heastie, the speaker of the New York State Assembly, says they have put impeachment on hold. Had Cuomo been impeached and found convicted, he would be barred from running for state office again.

Nothing about detailing for the public the misconduct they uncovered.

Nothing about naming the others currently in gov’t who committed misconduct.

Nothing about pursuing further oversight & answers.

Nothing about IDing whether LG Hochul was either complicit or out to lunch. https://t.co/5f4FLFBZWB

— Lee Zeldin (@leezeldin) August 13, 2021

As was highlighted on Friday, fellow New York Democrats have weighed in to wonder aloud why it is that Cuomo's resignation isn't effective until two weeks after he made his announcement, stressing it should not take so long.

Zeldin was firm that Cuomo "should have resigned immediately," as he also brought up other scandals and investigations facing him. "There's a lot of ongoing, continued concern about the need for accountability, transparency, and justice as it relates to scandal after scandal, investigations ongoing by different levels of government." Reminding Townhall that he thinks Cuomo "should have resigned several months ago," Zeldin said "it can't happen fast enough."

Fulton County 2020 Election Case’s Request is Granted – Election Workers Ruby Freeman, Wandrea Moss, and Happy Faces Personnel Group Are Added to the Case

We first discovered Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss in December when The Gateway Pundit first reported that these two election workers took ballots out from under a table on Election night and jammed thousands of ballots into the tabulators numerous times.

This was after all of the election observers were sent home for the night. This was also after Trump had accumulated what experts said was an insurmountable lead in the state.

We revealed first that the ballots taken out from under tables on Election night were pushed into tabulators up to three times each.

A report as a result of observations from that evening was generous in describing the mess and crimes that occurred.

Now the Fulton County case of the 2020 Election has added a few of these characters to the case.

One of the pending motions is one that would add Ruby Freeman, Keisha Dixon, Wandrea Moss, and Happy Faces Personnel Group Inc to the lawsuit. https://t.co/Zl4fQZ7iYJ pic.twitter.com/Vb4s4vt455

An update in the case is as follows:

This is not good for Ruby and her daughter.

It’s also pathetic that these two are not in jail already. Their crimes were videotaped!

University of South Carolina Forced to Cancel Mask Mandate After Attorney General Says It’s Illegal

The University of South Carolina has cancelled their mask mandate for this fall after the attorney general wrote them a letter saying it was discriminatory and against the law.

The issue may now be heading to the Supreme Court.

Attorney General Alan Wilson tweeted a copy of the letter, writing “Today, my office issued guidance on COVID policies from the University of South Carolina, at the request of members of the legislature. Our guidance made clear the COVID Vaccine cannot be used as a condition of enrollment.”

We asked that UofSC offer clarification their policy follows state law. Finally, relating to the recently announced masking requirements, we asked that UofSC revise their policy comply with legislative intent.

“We asked that UofSC offer clarification their policy follows state law. Finally, relating to the recently announced masking requirements, we asked that UofSC revise their policy comply with legislative intent,” Wilson continued.

The letter stated that the Legislature has sided with “a student’s liberty interests.”

“The Legislature possesses the ultimate authority over health policy and has prohibited mandatory vaccinations and masking at schools and colleges, siding with a student’s liberty interests,” Wilson said in the letter.

“One reasonable interpretation is to prohibit discrimination by requiring masks for the unvaccinated,” he wrote, but noted that they could not require only unvaccinated students to wear masks.

USC reversed the mask mandate following the letter.

“In light of this…the university will not require anyone to wear face coverings in our buildings, except when in university health care facilities and when utilizing campus public transportation, effective August 3,” USC President Harris Pastides said in a statement to The State. “We continue to strongly encourage the use of face coverings indoors, except in private offices or residence hall rooms or while eating in campus dining facilities.”

Campus Reform reports that Wilson has asked the South Carolina Supreme Court to make a ruling on whether the University of South Carolina can implement a mask mandate.

“The Supreme Court will soon decide whether or not to hear the case and could choose to hold a hearing in the near future. The suit points out that the issue is time-sensitive since students return to classes on Aug. 19,” the report states.

Fake news

Michigan County GOP Censures Senate Republicans Who Found No Election Fraud Evidence

The Republican Party of Macomb County, Michigan voted on Thursday to censure three GOP state senators whose investigatory panel found no evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential elections. Macomb County is the state's third-most populous county.

The party's executive committee voted unanimously to censure Senators Ed McBroom, Lana Theis and John Bizon. The three senators served on a Senate Oversight Committee which issued a June 2021 report concluding that there was no fraud in the state's November 2020 election.

The county GOP's executive committee reportedly censured the senators over a section of the report that asked the state's Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel to consider investigating people who pushed false claims of election fraud in order "to raise money or publicity for their own ends," The Detroit News reported. Nessel agreed to do so.

While the report didn't include identify people pushing false claims, it did mention lawyer Matthew DePerno. DePerno, who is currently running for state attorney general, unsuccessfully tried to sue for an independent audit of election results in Antrim County. A tabulation error in the county initially showed then-Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden winning. However, a re-tabulation placed Republican President Donald Trump as the clear winner.

Since the election, DePerno has made allegations that electronic vote tampering and "ballot stuffing" occurred in the county. He also claimed that Michigan's Secretary of State was instrumental in committing voter fraud. He has established an "Election Fraud Defense Fund" which has raised $398,260.

The report's section on profiting off of false claims angered the Macomb County GOP's executive committee. Mark Forton, the county party chairman, said that the section opposed free speech protections under the Constitution's First Amendment which allow people to question the election.

"It was written so that you could question your government at any level, without worrying about them coming after you," Forton said.

When asked about the county GOP's censure vote against him, McBroom told the aforementioned publication, "I'm not going to worry too much about it. I'm not running in Macomb County." He represents Vulcan, an unincorporated community in Dickinson County, nearly 500 miles away from Macomb County.

The Senate Oversight Committee that McBroom served on developed its report after hundreds of hours of Senate staff investigation, a review of thousands of subpoenaed documents as well 28 hours of committee testimony from nearly 90 people, The Detroit News reported.

While the committee found no evidence of election fraud, it did make several recommendations for future elections. It recommended allowing county clerks to remove deceased individuals from lists of qualified voters, opposed the mass mailing of absentee voter applications and urged the Michigan Bureau of Elections to investigate issues that limited the recruitment of Republican poll workers and poll challenges in Detroit and Wayne Counties, the publication said.

Trump lost the 2020 election by over seven million popular votes and 74 electoral votes. Trump's own attorney general and federal head of election security both said there is no evidence that fraud affected the election's outcome.

Nevertheless, Trump, the Republican party and others continue to baselessly claim that an unprecedented nationwide conspiracy of voter fraud "stole" the election from him.
