Broadway Star Laura Osnes Allegedly Removed from Show for Vaccine Refusal

"5-year-old Osnes grew famous after appearing in the TV talent competition, Grease, You’re the One That I Want! in 2007. The reality show competition, from the producers of Dancing with the Stars, had actors compete against each other for the roles of “Sandy” and “Danny” in a new Broadway production of Grease. Osnes, who comes from a small town outside of Saint Paul, Minnesota and identifies as a conservative Christian, was known as “small town Sandy” on the talent show. As the show’s winner, she went on to perform as “Sandy” on Broadway alongside fellow competition winner Max Crumm as “Danny.” The Broadway production, produced and directed by Kathleen Marshall, was a hit and went on to 554 productions. Osnes performed as “Sandy” through July of 2008. "
